Jurnal Inovasi Teknologi dan Sains Terapan (JIJST) publishes peer-reviewed research articles in the fields of technology and applied sciences. The journal aims to provide a scientific platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate innovative research findings that contribute to technological development and societal advancement.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to:

Peer Review Process

Jurnal Inovasi Teknologi dan Sains Terapan menerapkan sistem penelaahan sejawat
(peer review) secara double-blind, di mana identitas penulis dan reviewer
dirahasiakan untuk menjamin objektivitas dan independensi penilaian.

Setiap naskah yang masuk akan melalui seleksi awal oleh editor untuk memastikan
kesesuaian dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup jurnal serta kelengkapan administrasi.
Naskah yang lolos seleksi awal akan ditelaah oleh minimal dua reviewer yang memiliki
keahlian sesuai dengan bidang kajian naskah.

Reviewer memberikan penilaian berdasarkan kualitas ilmiah, kebaruan, ketepatan
metodologi, kejelasan penyajian, kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teknologi dan
sains terapan, serta kepatuhan terhadap etika publikasi. Berdasarkan hasil review,
editor akan menetapkan keputusan editorial berupa diterima, revisi minor, revisi
mayor, atau ditolak.

Seluruh proses penelaahan dilakukan secara objektif, transparan, dan berorientasi
pada peningkatan mutu naskah.

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Inovasi Teknologi dan Sains Terapan menerapkan sistem penerbitan terjadwal
dengan menerbitkan artikel secara kolektif dalam satu terbitan (issue). Jurnal ini
diterbitkan secara berkala dua kali dalam satu tahun (semesteran).

Setiap artikel yang telah melalui proses editorial dan penelaahan sejawat akan
dipublikasikan pada terbitan yang telah dijadwalkan sesuai dengan periode
penerbitan jurnal.

Open Access Policy

Jurnal Inovasi Teknologi dan Sains Terapan menyediakan akses terbuka secara langsung
terhadap seluruh konten yang dipublikasikan. Kebijakan ini mendukung prinsip bahwa
hasil penelitian yang tersedia secara bebas akan memperluas pertukaran pengetahuan
dan mendorong perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.
